We run intensive TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) training courses in Barcelona Spain. Our primary course is a 4 week program (120+ hours) that provides you with the tools to teach the world. This intensive and highly practical course where participants develop their teaching skills through a combination of morning input sessions (all things grammar, classroom management and teaching skills) and afternoon teaching practice where you will teach students (primarily spanish, but of many other cultures too) of different levels and ages.
We believe the best way to grow as a teacher is to prepare and practice, so our classes are very "hands on" and practical. We provide you with exactly what is needed to teach quality classes by the time you graduate.
The main features of the TEFL International Course include:
Internationally recognised certification
Highly practical content (6+ observed teaching practice hours with groups and individuals)
Extensive teaching practice with 4 different levels of English language learners
Experienced teacher trainers who work with you to support you during the preparation of your lessons and teaching practice
Life time job guidance and placement
High quality course materials
Flexible schedule with courses every month
Our training and management team are all highly experienced in supporting you through the course as well as giving you plenty of constructive criticism! All of our teacher trainers are also teachers of English so are fully in tune with the practice of teaching English as a Foreign Language in today's classrooms.
We offer a comprehensive lifelong job guidance service on this program, which is available to you not only during the course but throughout your TEFL career. We have a network of contacts with language schools in and around Barcelona and can provide you with lists of current organisations for your own speculative applications. If your interests lie further afield this is no problem.
